Over time, investors in the Nigerian capital market have been complaining about the cumbersome process of taking ownership of the investments of their deceased family members. *Tourists, Residents Evacuated as Wildfire Spreads at Hawaii's Maui Island* Thousands of residents and visitors on Hawaii's Maui Island were ordered to evacuate two communities on Thursday as a spreading wildfire sent smoke billowing high into the sky, officials and local media said. *NJC Urges Buhari🙏 to Appoint Tanko Mohammed CJN⚖* National Judicial Council (NJC) has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad as the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN). The NJC made the call at an emergency meeting on Friday in Abuja. The Council also recommended to Buhari names of judges to be appointed as Chief Judges and Grand Kadis for eight states – Lagos, Anambra, Ebonyi, Niger, Taraba, Kano, and Jigawa states. The NJC commended Buhari for his unequivocal position on the financial autonomy for the state’s Judiciary. It called on the various state Executives to, as a matter of urgency, commence its immediate implementation.
